River lots measure a spacious 40'x100'.
You can put either an RV or a park model on these lots.

We also have larger lots. Some are for RV's and Park Models.
Others can accommodate a permanent cabin, if you choose.
These lots measure 60'x100' and cabins can have a basement.
Because of government regulations, these spacious cabin lots are not on the river. They are river view. (Though if you have a good throwing arm, you can throw a rock into the river from these lots ... if you don't hit a tree.)

For purchasers: every resort has annual dues. They are necessary to maintain the resort.
Our dues are the lowest in the entire area.
For 2025 our dues are $2,640.
(Two years ago, all other resorts in the area ranged from $2,800 all the way up to $4,800 annually.)
Lease lots are exempt from annual dues.

We do NOT manicure them.
Some people want a lot that is wall to wall lawn.
Some people want a lot that is wall to wall gravel.
Some people want a lot that is "au naturel" ...
So we clear the trees and shrubs from the middle of the lot and cut the natural grasses.
How you choose to manicure it is entirely up to you.
