I guess it depending on whether you want more room,
or if you want to be on the river's edge.
All sites have potable water and sewer.
Power is available at a charge.
(But really, if you run your fridge, stove and furnace on propane,
how much power do you need?
And you can run your generator every day between 1:00 and 2:00 pm to top up your batteries.)

Season $3,500
Monthly $650
Weekly $185
Nightly $45
Rates with power:
Season $4,000 (plus you need a power contract with BC Hydro)
Monthly $750 (specified sites)
Weekly $280 (specified sites)
Nightly $60 (specified sites)
No taxes.
